3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms

Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms include:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

6. Intellectual Property

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CondoComplyFL LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Your access to our Services will cease immediately
  • All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
  • We will provide reasonable assistance in data migration (fees may apply)
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CondoComplyFL LLC.
